shotblasting chambers
The shot blasting room body is welded with steel plates, and its framework is a portal frame structure. The portal frames are connected with cross connecting rods, and the portal frames are installed on the ground with anchor bolts through mounting blocks. Both sides of the portal frame are covered with pressed thin steel plates with a thickness of 0.5~0.8 mm, and the surface is painted.
Walls and roof
The shot blasting room is designed for quick assembly, easy disassembly, reinstallation, or expansion.
100 mm thick double-layer panels with an insulation layer in the middle, each layer being a steel plate.
Frame construction
A modular system of supporting frames and reinforcing beams,are constructed with gauge bolt-together wall and ceiling panels. Every component—including booth ventilation, pneumatic blast, and reclaim systems—is engineered and built as an integrated solution, ensuring seamless compatibility and perfectly balanced performance.

Pillars
Thickness: 4x100x100 mm, bolted and anchored to the ground, with base plates, bases, and angle braces.

Thickness: 10 mm
Double-layer panel
Thickness: 100 mm
Sound insulation: 100 mm thick sound insulation net, which greatly reduces the noise generated by sandblasting operations.
Inner wall
The frame of the chamber consists of sandwich panels mounted on load-bearing metalware. Inner walls and a ceiling are lined with a rubber blanket 1.0×3.0 and 1.0×2.0 preventing walls and abrasive material wear.
