To cater to this need, we have built dedicated fully automatic shot peening machines and robot that you can deploy to suit to your products.
Subcontractor for specialized shot peening
To help our clients, we operate as a subcontractor for specialized shot peening for industries that choose to outsource their shot peening activities to experts. In other words, we provide contract work for you! Together, we will determine the best way for the shot peening process to provide the best results for your part, such as delaying metal fatigue, increasing resistance to corrosion, damage, cavitation erosion, crack formation due to stress corrosion, corrosion within the granule and embrittlement due to hydrogen.
It doesn’t matter if you want to have one part processed by us or need large(er) quantities. Parts such as gears, bolts, discs, spools, shafts, (toothed) wheels, pumps, valves, springs, torsion bars, blades and vanes with dimensions of up to 1.5 x 1.5 meters can be processed in our facility.
We provide customized outsourcing options for shotpeening your products
We have regular work for our customers that we shotpeen for on a daily basis. A special shotpeening machine was purchased for shotpeening many products at the same time, measuring about 1m x 0.3m. This machine is ideal to scale up our shotpeen capacity quickly for a wide range of product- and batchsizes. Custom shotpeening is no stranger to us. Recently we have even managed to shotpeen very large products weighing up to 1.5 tons.
