Media flow rate catch test - AVC System (Automatic Valve Calibration System)
The AVC System is a fully automated and integrated calibration & justification system for the Magna Valves. When the program is selected, the robot brings the nozzle to the media catcher, the media is weighed, and the amount is compared with the settings. When out-of-range, the software automatically adjusts the settings for the Magna Valve. This all is done in real-time.
