Product Description:
The DS4060 serves as the core of the blasting system, featuring a double-chamber structure (Upper: 0.06 m³/φ400 mm; Lower: 0.10 m³/φ600 mm) that enables continuous, uninterrupted operation via PLC-controlled automatic replenishment. It ensures precise regulation through a 578-type MagnaValve (0–15 kg/min, ±5% accuracy) and Japanese SMC electro-pneumatic valves (<±2% error). Equipped with eight durable 8 mm boron carbide nozzles (life >1,000 hours) and adjustable guns for 100%–150% coverage, the unit also integrates a 0.12 m³ automatic feeder with real-time level monitoring and alarms, fully satisfying the requirements of automated production lines.

Description:
1.Manual Ball Valve 1-1/4″: Manually controls the on/off of the steel shot flow.
2.Connecting Pipe: Connects the manual ball valve and the pneumatic ball valve.
3.Pneumatic Ball Valve DN25: Automatically controls the on/off of shot blasting.
4.Abrasive Valve Flange: Connects the pneumatic ball valve to the CNC Abrasive Valve 578.
5.CNC Abrasive Valve 578: Automatically controls the steel shot flow rate.
6.Booster Tee: The boosting air flow merges with the steel shot to form a powerful, high-speed steel shot stream.
7.Check Valve 1-1/4″: Prevents steel shot from entering the booster air line.

Main Air Inlet System:
The pressure control system of this device utilizes Japan SMC’s ITV-type electro-pneumatic proportional valves and high-flow pressure reducing valves to digitally control the shot blasting pressure (with a control error of less than ±2%).
Blast hose and blast gun:
The abrasive blasting pot is equipped with high-wear-resistant imported rubber blast hoses with a specification of φ32 mm × 51 mm. The blast hoses are connected to the abrasive valves through special quick blast hose couplings. It is also configured with φ8 mm single-air-inlet high-pressure boron carbide Venturi blast guns. Each blast gun consists of a nozzle and a gun sleeve, and is mounted on a movable blast gun bracket.
