Stainless Steel Liners
Stainless Steel Liners (304/316 grade) provide a non-ferrous contact surface that prevents iron pickup and rust, making them ideal for processing sensitive or high-purity workpieces like aluminum and titanium. In addition to preventing contamination, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding blasting environments.
Abrasion Resistant Rubber Liners
Abrasion Resistant Rubber Liners are engineered to absorb impact and reduce noise in shot blasting equipment. Made from specialized rubber compounds, they protect machine structures and workpieces while providing excellent vibration damping. Ideal for blast chambers, elevators, and separators, these liners offer faster installation than steel plates and serve as a cost-effective solution for moderate to heavy wear environments.
