Scraper floor Reclaim System Blast Room
We design scraper floor Reclaim System Blast Rooms for long life, for highest productivity, for operator ease both in use and maintenance.
Only a low-power pneumatic cylinder is needed to recover abrasive across large floor areas. Each scraper group consumes just 0.017 m³/min per cycle. Compared to pneumatic honeycomb floor recovery, the electricity savings over 2–4 years can offset the entire purchase cost of the blast room.
During recovery, only the PU scraper blade contacts the abrasive, with gentle inter-particle shifting at slow speed. This completely eliminates secondary abrasive crushing and reduces floor structural wear to near zero — saving abrasive consumption and dramatically extending floor service life.
Modular design — simpler structure, easier installation, faster maintenance. Scraper inspection and replacement require no tools. Pneumatic cylinder drive, gentle abrasive handling, and zero-wear design ensure an exceptionally long service life for the scraper system.
No deep excavation required. The scraper recovery floor can be placed directly on a flat concrete surface with a top height of only 600 mm. If flush-with-floor installation is needed, only a 600 mm shallow pit is required — dramatically reducing civil construction cost and project timeline.

The heart of the abrasive reclaim system removes contaminants from the abrasive mix,and the air-wash classifies the abrasive to maintain a constant size. This classifier can classify alltypes of dry ferrous and non- ferrous abrasives.
Constructed of mild steeel with angle iron
reinforcements.Malleable iron buckets bolted to a
heavy-duty(1/2″thick)belt convey the abrasive material
to the air-wash separator.
Free-standing hopper reinforced with structural steel. Positions above the blast tank assemblies to provide easy access for maintenance.
Heavy-duty screws return the abrasive to the separator/classification system.Stanrd screws are 9″in diameter which consists of a 5″diameter schedule 40 pipe wrapped with 1/4″thick fighting on a 2/3 pitch.
