The DS200M-EP Portable Abrasive Blasting pot is a portable pressure vessel manufactured in accordance with the DB150 Pressure Vessel Code, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.

Product Description:

The DS300M-EP is a fully integrated pressure blasting system engineered for superior safety and precise operational control, anchored by an electro-pneumatic control box and a deadman’s handle. Its core is a 300-litre pressure blast pot, outfitted with a pop-up valve, pneumatic main air valve, and a silenced pneumatic exhaust valve to ensure smooth, efficient airflow management. Abrasive delivery is regulated via a manual abrasive valve, while remote operation is enabled through a pneumatic control system paired with the deadman’s handle, connected by a 25-meter remote control hose and a dedicated 25-meter EP edition cable. A built-in moisture separator maintains clean, dry air for consistent performance, and the package includes 20 meters of heavy-duty 1¼” blast hose, a blast coupling, nozzle holder, high-performance tungsten venturi blast nozzle, and a built-in two-step helmet filter to prioritize operator protection throughout use.
