Premium shot blasting machine spare parts are the heart of the entire equipment, guaranteeing stable long-term operation at minimal cost. Our company offers a complete range of high-chromium wear-resistant components for all types of shot blasting machines, including blades, directional sleeves (control cages), distributor wheels, impeller bodies, top guard plates, side guard plates, and liner plates. All parts are manufactured from high-chromium alloy steel using 20CrMnMo material that is precision-machined on milling centers and subjected to carburizing and quenching heat treatment.
DISA BLADES
Crafted from premium high-chromium special wear-resistant cast iron. Every batch undergoes rigorous appearance inspection and material composition testing. After specialized heat treatment, the blades achieve a surface hardness of HRC 60–65, providing superior wear resistance and significantly longer service life.
Following casting, all blades are meticulously trimmed and precision-ground, then carefully weighed and matched in sets using a high-accuracy balance scale. This strict balancing process minimizes vibration and centrifugal imbalance. The weight difference between blades on each blast wheel is strictly controlled to ≤5g.
DISA Control Cage
Designed with a fully enclosed graduated dial system, the directional sleeve (control cage) enables convenient and precise adjustment of the shot projection angle and blast direction. Manufactured from premium high-chromium special wear-resistant cast iron, every batch undergoes rigorous appearance inspection and material composition testing to guarantee excellent abrasion resistance and extended service life.

Due to the construction of the SMT hose filter, it can be perfectly integrated into the steel construction of the large blasting hall; therefore, it is very easily accessible for inspection and maintenance.
The filter is often built into the 1st floor, so that the dust funnels protrude through the floor and the dust can easily be discharged through a pipe to an easily accessible place on the ground floor for a forklift truck.
The polyester needle filter hoses are suspended from a flexible shaking frame. The hoses are provided with a click ring at the bottom. The hose is fixed by means of the click ring in a round recess in the bottom of the filter.
The SMKT filter each has a maximum of 196 filter hoses, this way an enormous capacity is created.
